Transcripts & Forms
SIT has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) for transcript services to provide secure online ordering. Safe, fast, and easy to use, it is the most efficient way to order a transcript. Simply type “getmytranscript” in your browser to get to the National Student Clearinghouse website, then “SIT” in the prompt for school name. The site walks students through the steps to place the order, including delivery options and fees. One can order as many transcripts as needed in a single session using any major credit card. The credit card will only be charged after the order has been completed. Order updates will be emailed to the student, and one is able to track the order online. A $12.50 processing fee will be charged per each transcript to recipient. The National Student Clearinghouse is also SIT’s authorized agent for providing enrollment and degree verifications. Requests for enrollment and/or degree verification can be addressed directly to:
- Add/Drop Form
- Change of Address Form
- Incomplete Grade Form
- Letter Request Form (used to verify enrollment, program completion, and other enrollment issues not addressed in the transcript)
- Withdrawal/Leave Waiver Form
These interactive forms can be downloaded and saved onto your computer or printed out and completed manually. Completed forms should be submitted by email (the fastest, most secure method) to email@example.com or faxed to (802) 258-3470. If you are unable to email or fax, forms can be mailed to:
