Mental Health and Resilience Abroad
May 21, 2025 | 11 – 1:00 pm Eastern Time | Register here

Studying abroad offers the chance to explore new cultures, food, languages, and meet new people. While this experience can be transformative, it also comes with unique challenges and stressors. In this two-hour workshop, we’ll explore science-backed strategies
to build resilience and well-being abroad. Plus, hear insights from alumni on what worked for them in maintaining mental health during their SIT programs.
