Overview

Why intern abroad in Spain?

Spain offers an ideal setting to explore how business and advocacy can align to drive ethical and sustainable change. During your six-week internship, you’ll join an organization working in corporate social responsibility (CSR), environmental sustainability and ethical labor, community development and engagement, or social justice and advocacy.

As part of the European Union, Spain follows progressive standards for transparency, ethical governance, and labor protections—giving you firsthand insight into how companies and nonprofits align with EU directives to drive positive change.

Spain’s growing network of purpose-driven businesses and grassroots organizations creates a rich learning environment. Through your internship and weekly site visits, you’ll build professional skills, expand your global perspective, and explore how values-based leadership can shape a more equitable and sustainable future.
