SIT Study Away USA
Studying in the United States with SIT gives students the opportunity to dive deep into pressing global issues, explore locations with unique and exciting histories, interact with diverse cultures, and benefit from an interdisciplinary curriculum.
SIT offers three-to-four-week semester, summer, and January-term courses as well as semester-long programs in locations across the U.S. that are contending with critical issues. The programs highlight and connect students with the social movements, NGOs, universities, activists, government officials, and grass roots organizations pushing for more just societies. Both U.S. and international students will have the opportunity to see new and unique perspectives on the United States and build the skills needed to become more active and engaged citizens.
